Recently we took note of her latest look which she rocked for the Jean Paul Gaultier finale show at Paris Fashion Week; in which Sonam Kapoor has tried to create a fusion between east meets west. The fusion ensemble was a blend between a pantsuit and a western suit creating a fusion look. 

The India-inspired (a recurring theme in his work) sari tuxedo made the perfect choice for Kapoor Ahuja to pay tribute to the couturier’s work. The actor’s look featured a cut-up version of the menswear jacket, which was draped across her body to create the illusion of a sari drape, and was paired with wide-legged trousers.

Gaultier was the first Couturier to dress @sonamkapoor at Cannes and it’s still one of my most fave and proudest moments. He has always been revolutionary and inclusive. Along with the all-black tailored separates, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja draped a luxurious ankle-length camel coat over her shoulders to step out in the Parisian winter. She also added a personal touch to the archival look with traditional elements—a statement rustic silver and pearl necklace by Amrapali. 

Sonam Kapoor Ahuja completed her look with a delicate black bindi. For her hair and makeup look, Sonam Kapoor opted for a loose bun, smokey eyes and a glossy nude lip. As always, Sonam Kapoor was styled by her sister and stylist, Rhea Kapoor and left heads turning at the Jean Paul Gaultier show.
