Eva Retail Private Limited believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Eva Retail Private Limited marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • Eva Retail Private Limited does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non durable items like mobile phones, mixer grinder, calculator etc, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products. For books, VCDs, DVDs, software products, the matter should be reported within 5 days.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund (Returns must be unworn/unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging).

In these instances, the product is not eligible for return, replacement or exchange:

  • Damages due to misuse of product
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed
  • Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
  • Digital products and services
  • Innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies
  • Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered, or returned with damaged original packaging

To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full such as installation service and provided knowledge base hosting service. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.

Defective Item Replacement

All physical products sold on LadyIndia.com, if found defective, are covered by our 7 Day Replacement Guarantee. You can rest assured that if you receive a defective or damaged product, we will ship you a brand new replacement at no extra cost to you.

In order to replace a product, contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. The defective/damaged product will be recalled and a new replacement will be immediately shipped subject to availability on LadyIndia.com. Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product.

On clothing we accept returns subject to the following conditions:

  • Clothes are not used, worn (other than trials), stained; or damaged and are unwashed.
  • Original tags and packaging should be intact. For items that come in branded packaging, the box should be undamaged.
  • Original invoice is packed along with the returned products.
  • All accessories that come along with the products are packed and returned unaltered.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same account.
